Unique design allows lateral cross clamping of aorta. On thin patients , the multi-angled handle can be conveniently placed over left wound margin. In the heavy or obese patient, handles can be tucked under abdominal wall. Wide, secure, 2 x 3 DeBakey-style jaws, 1 x 11 ratchets for gradual declamping and graft flushing.
