The distal tip and arrangement of the light carrier in the Jackson Anterior Commissure Laryngoscope are constructed for best vision and avoidance of trauma, especially going through the glottis into the trachea without injury to the cords. The scope is long enough to also be used as a tracheascope in many cases. Hook handle.This product is the scope alone.
