Rigid, metallic dilators for direct laryngoscopic treatment of laryngeal stenosis. Eighteen graduated sizes for consecutive use, corresponding approximately to the French sizes listed below. Sizes 10-14 Fr. have a round end; sizes 16-44 Fr. have a triangular-shaped end.
